At first it might feel like spinning 5 plates on a sticks. In time you will master all of them.

Be patient with yourself. During this process you will learn, focus, boundries, structure and patients.

If you have no patients I suggest starting with mindset with breathing and meditation techniques.

We are all different so we do not compare ourselves to anyone else. Just keep an open mind and jot down what you do each day. (find trackers in the document section)

It is recommended to use the trackers daily so you can measure changes.
